I love it when people give a disclaimer that you shouldn't be an idiot and assume the worst about them

I find it rather annoying when people parrot privacy/etc concerns about a company or product they refuse to use—however valid they may be—while simultaneously being ignorant of equally concerning issues with things they do use.

Blindly boycotting is just as annoying as being a fanboy.
