低碳高脂肪的草莓班戟(煎饼)

饼皮原料如下:
40g过筛杏仁粉
140g double cream
2小勺 泡打粉
35g融化黄油(无盐)
4个鸡蛋
一小撮盐
赤藓糖醇适量(我喜欢多一点)

加在一起搅搅搅,放一大勺到刷了一点点油的平底锅上小火摊,不需要翻面,上层熟了就倒出来晾凉就能包打发的奶油水果了~
