@amiloradovsky@functional.cafe All vaccines work by inducing our immune system to produce antibodies that will attack the pathogens. It works a bit differently for bacteria than it does for viruses. In the case of the virus, the antibodies attach to the outer shell of the virus, preventing it from attaching itself to our cells.
That's how vaccines work. I'm not sure what you mean by the usage of the word.
