Your annual reminder to get any Feedback in asap now that Beta 4 of the OSes and Beta 5 of Xcode are out. Don’t hope in silence; if there’s something that feels like a REALLY BIG DEAL to you, let us know with a Feedback! (Bonus points for telling us WHY by describing your use case.) We’ll also take non-emergency Feedback too. We really do want to know how you’re using (or want to use!) our APIs. And remember, folks, *dupes are VOTES.* ❤️⌚️👩🏿‍💻🧑🏽‍💻👨🏼‍💻👩🏼‍💻 ⌚️❤️

@lorihc the one that seems to fall on deaf ears and is extremely important to me is: let me upload to TestFlight with beta tools. Some beta releases of 15 allow this, others don’t, and because of that, when FB or ASC tell me that’s not allowed, I am dumbstuck. I don’t know how apple can possibly expect devs to be ready for a new OS if we can’t upload to TestFlight with prerelease tools.

@JetForMe Not deaf ears. Hang tight for a couple days, should be enabled soon.

@lorihc I misspoke when I said “deaf ears." I mean, the responses I get are "you can only use released tools to upload to app store." My experience has proven otherwise, but it has been uneven, working in one release, then not the next, then again in the next, then not in the latest.

And my argument is, while I'm okay with not allowing an app built with prerelease tools to be submitted for App Store Review, we absolutely should be allowed to submit to TestFlight with prerelease tools.

Thank you for the response!

@lorihc official word! Thank you. Let’s hope everyone answering support emails and FBs sees that ;)
