1) you're supposed to anyway but most likely no-one does. So this doesn't really hurt anyone who is willing to go legit on taxes in exchange for a lot of money.

2) I could have sworn that doxxing people was illegal. According to the article, they're not supposed to collect information anyway- but evidently they did if they can report it to the IRS.

This has turned out to be a really shitty company and I would never do business with them. Especially after this.
