to start- there's more but that's what comes off the top of my head.
@lucifargundam @icedquinn you can have uncured sausages that are decent quality. everything else yes get rid of it
"preservative chemicals" = salt, mostly. maybe some nitrites.
@urbanroman sodium nitrite is a carcinogen under some circuimstances (consuming with amines). i don't eat meats preserved with anything other than table salt.
