Apparently that's too hard for newhires to follow. Then they want to be actively working on the product and learn as they go.
That's not how it works. That's now how mid-sprint newhire training works.

The only stuff I was taught was in-house stuff, which is understandable.
Then I learned tricks they didn't even know.
I lack growth and have been stuck grooming others. I need to relocate somewhere- either within the network or somewhere uncharted for me.
