the other infuriating part is that there's no external log
like a lot of public IRC channels will have a page with all the logs, accessible publicly
because that's integrated into the discord "service" nobody ever makes an external one that I can access without participating so I just have to rely on guesswork

Srsly? I was always told keeping logs is rude and if kept- plz keep private.
@lucifargundam Depends on the channel culture; if it's a public support channel then checking the log website for your issue will be encouraged.
