I was hoping to avoid this- but here I am again...
I got back on Indeed and LinkedIn.
Getting a job directly isn't proving to be as accessible as previously advertised.

Could you explain? Their own avenues? As in only by direct contact?

I've walked into multiple businesses to hand them my résumé and they won't take it. They tell me to fill out the form on indeed or something like that.

HR offices refuse to take résumés unless through their own avenues. Nevermind that the one walking it in is usually a true go-getter.
