Wouldn't work because you need the paperwork
In my experience, companies don't care what you know- they care about what you've done.
@lucifargundam i'm pretty sure if i could just clone people's lifetime of skill experience in to my brain i could find a way to make it work without the paper

If you applied it before getting the jobs, maybe. But recruiters (internal/exter) seem to be shutting me out regardless of exp.
