@lucifargundam it was pretty much an all around disaster. entire towns and cities lost all of their passthrough traffic and incidental economy. lots of people lost their homes to government seizure because it was easier to "oops the poor have low land value mandatory buyback lmao" but oddly the rich districts didn't get half bulldozed to build cloverleaves and shit.

then *that* city doesn't even get incidental traffic because the giant businesses force out the remaining homeowners to stack mcdonalds' along the highway.
