I'm preeeetty sure the movie has very little- I'd any at all to do with the books. (Refer to attached pic of my books).

That being said, there are frequent references to the books- but ultimately went in a while different direction and story from the books.

Furthermore, if you like the movie but don't want to read the books- check out the awesome comics!!!
