@sir would you react to a DCMA notice if youtube-dl was hosted on your sourcehut instance? would you allow youtube-dl to be hosted at your sourcehut instance at all?
@Janus I would obey the DMCA as is required of me by law as a service provider
I would also donate a large sum of money to youtube-dl to help pay for their lawyers to fight it
