Today I bought my first game on Steam on Linux. It cost less than 2 euros so why not?

And now I see what this is all about and why it was a mistake. It's cheap, usable on multiple devices at once, fast (almost immediate, actually) and with thousands of options to choose. Whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want. The motto of generation Z!

With all that I want to learn I can't devote the time that this potential addiction will demand of me.

On the other hand... Bravo, Valve.

Why not both? Learn while feeding addiction?

By the way, did you know you can start the steam client from terminal? This can be helpful when trying to debug some games.
