I just signed up and I'm trying out Mastodon.
Just looking to see how it goes.

So far I like Mastodon.
It's very chatty, and maybe even a little too noisy.
However, so far people here are so much more polite, civil, and respectful than on the other platform.

You can change that quickly by muting and/or blocking.

Wait till you start seeing traffic from the other servers. Don't worry, though- it's relatively manageable.
