If lawsuits did occur, it'd be hitting a poor schmuck that would probably get a GoFundMe to pay it off. Most likely it would be a cease and desist order- in which the admin would just buy a new domain and relocate all users.

@lucifargundam if the lawyers go to a domain registrar to enforce their copyright, relocation becomes... challenging
