Also, the psyche.epub icon replaces the "EPUB Archive" link in the index. I think that's much cleaner. Gonna have the RSS feed there when I get around to implementing it properly too.

got atom feed generation working, enabled the link, added the link in the <head> part of the page
oh, I forgot to close the table tag and that's why the "Back to top" text was appearing above the index tables
