@lucifargundam @deprecated_ii maybe not that specifically. But one guy I know got a sweet pen testing job just by going to security cons. People recognised him at multiple ones and saw him in the CTFs and offered him a job.

Cons usually cost $$$ to get in. I need job to get $$$ for the cons. This has created a cyclical effect.
