Maybe... Makes games because you like games and want to share your passion? Not make them strictly for profit?

@lucifargundam money was always involved but its like

they keep wanting the "more money in = more money out" thing, rather than just having a lot of projects out in the wind.

Which is actually not working atm. All the millions they spend currently doesn't even mean they'll break even. They're sacrificing quality for quantity.

I guess that's my argument... prioritize quality over $. At least breaking even leaves a company with an extended portfolio and lessons learned- rather than be in the negative.
