I try to stay away from Alphabet soup. I'm not perfect, but who is.
Minor repairs for everyday items should be a norm for people- it saves a lot of money over time.

Uh... because I have no idea how, or even that this was really an option until you posted it? Does this require any specific equipment / prior knowledge? I'm intrigued, but don't really have a lot of time to invest.
