@lucifargundam i expect the court who's job is to determine if something is an obvious violation of the constitution to actually do so, and not simply refuse to hear cases as a profession

Since I'm ignorant on the current case in question, I would have to at some point ask if this is the first time an appeal has been attempted, or if this is a repetitive tactic to slow things down.

@lucifargundam its a common thing the court does to just refuse to hear cases because they are cowards. there was a 20+ year period where they just let rampant second amendment violations fly because they kept just refusing to hear any of them.
