Dinner::
--Fettecuni Alfredo with chicken nuggets and broccoli

And for lunch... Homemade turkey cheese and green onion quesodillas with Cheyenne pepper.

That's a lot of protein so far today.

Adding some chocolate whey protein powder and some poppy seeds to the instant pancake mix worked out fair enuf

That didn't turn out too bad...

Turning frozen cheap store cheese pizzas into something a little bit more palletable....

Added some rottesorie chicken, shredded cheese and green onion. Into the oven it goes!
