@lupyuen@qoto.org IMO this is just cinema snob whining. 24 FPS is honestly just worse. Last couple times I went to the cinema, almost always the combination of 24FPS and fast camera movement made me nauseous, even though I watch Youtube creators using similar shots regularly without problem, because they use higher refresh rates.

The "rushed" feeling the author feels is the feeling of actual motion.
