@lupyuen Telkom is notorious for threatening to worsen connection to some websites if they don't paid. They blocked Netflix for years because they don't want to pay up for the probably exorbitant price.

This is a good news, you can finally have better connection with Cloudflare regardless of the customer's ISP.
