Some additional notes:

wèn (问), to ask a question.
wèntí (问题), a problem

so you can say:
我有一个问题 -> I have a question.
Important to say "one/a" (一个) here, otherwise you say you have a problem; which could be health 🤭

It is funny how 通义千问 did not ring a bell for my wife (native Chinese); which means something like a source like a dictionary, etc. That references tongyi.aliyun.com
