Jetbrains; Not only students get free versions. IntelliJ IDEA is available in an open source variant, where you don't have "enterprise needed features", and can do most things non-professionals come across.
And personally, having the "All products pack" for $175/year (after 3 years) package is quite awesome, IMHO.
Open Source projects get any tools free of charge.
