@iaintshootinmis to anyone supporting this point of view, my question is: what alternative interface do you propose? Bespoke? Web or native? What's with a reasonable cost of development, training? These are serious questions even if the generality of the context makes it impossible to be serious here

Then comes the issue of how familiar are users with each of the interfaces and how readily are they willing to learn each of these. We're designing systems for users, right? It's not that users need to adapt to systems that suit us
