None of the above. Two liars begging for money from a rich man, who knows they're liars and is fed up with them. I see no dignity, piety, justice or truthfulness in this quote, though if you're going to make me pick one I'll go with Truthfulness.

@VoxDei @IslabUnimi That's a very good point. Makes me think: if we want to talk about values, it's inevitably with a positive spin. But could negative experiences also lead to a position towards values?
