@energisch_ @evan yes, laws need to be improved, but they need to be changed constructively, with broadening inclusion and without purposefully excluding others in the process. This is a process constructed of impossible questions every day. But I'd argue that rejecting wholeheartedly the previous imperfect versions takes us back to the start.

The current ICC case is a precedent exactly in this direction. It is the first time a prosecutor raises the bar to hold those in power accountable.
