The reason 1200 were able to be evacuated is that AZOV/Right Sector, UA, had been removed from that sector by force and the RA kept the peace.
The Azov terrorists weren't in a position to block the civilians anymore in THAT sector.
I'm not on any side per se, I just want the other side to be told, so people can make up their own minds.
This isn't my 1st rodeo, like you said. But I tell you this, any country would not let nuclear weapons and a stated enemy to park right at their borders. No one. Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis. It almost happened then, but for the grace of $diety it didn't happen.
