@bitrairo I guess you missed the part where Ukraine has been preparing for war, and used the Minsk 1 and 2 agreements which they signed and, (which they never intended to honour) to re-arm and train their military to be a proxy army for NATO. The present regime in Ukraine is controlled by the Banderists, who if you know your history at all, were Nazi SS regiments during the second world war. They want a pure Ukraine, meaning no Russian-speaking people (they outlawed the language, after the Maidan coup. Now the Kiev government has been shelling their own people, simply because they didn't trust the new regime, especially after the Madian when their government outlawed the Russian language, which was spoken by almost half of Ukrainian, being that they're of Russian heritage.
So to your point, yes Ukraine deserved to be invaded, because they didn't want peace and were going to invade the eastern provinces and either exterminate or forcibly remove all Russian-speaking people from their pure Ukraine. If you want to debate someone that knows the subject, at least get your facts straight first. Ukraine didn't observe the Minsk accords which would have brought peace and kept on killing innocent civilians that only wanted to live in peace and speak their Russian language. So ironically, Putin is supporting human rights, by doing this special operation and getting rid of these fascist scum. I can't believe that liberals are even supporting the Bandera followers in the Ukranian regime. Stephan Bandera was a Nazi who actually fought for the German Waffen SS for christs sake!
