Every so often I feel drawn to my #DEC #vt510 terminal. Tonight I've spent an hour or so reading email and browsing the web (yes, with #eww) on it. Despite, or perhaps /because/, its limitations, something about it seems familiar and comfortable.
And I'm writing this toot using the #cli program called #toot, from my amber 80x25 screen on a vt510 that's nearly 30 years old. toot reminds me of IRC in a way, and I think that's a good thing.

Has toot improved it's timeline? One thing that annoyed me much is that after posting, the timeline refreshes to the top instead of where one was when posting. Drove me nuts! Unusable that way.

#toot hasn't received any updates for over a year or so. Doubt it changed anything. But you might consider taking a look at @tut

yepp, what you said 👆😄
Have the same 'problem' over here on #linuxmint but the static version resolves it.
@toxision
downloaded the amd64 binary. I'm running Debian Stable, and it wants Glibc 2.32 and 2.34, neither of which it can find. Did you compile your app or use a binary?
