This is categorically not true! The EU released sanctions on grain, but only for their use, not the poorer nations. That's colonialism in the extreme. Rather than parodying what the NYT says, which isn't a reliable source as they just regurgitate what the government talking points are. Geesus, poeple need to educate themselves in geopolitics and look at the details. Use more sources, not only western. The EU has been holding ships in their ports that are loaded with grain, because of sanctions. The UN is working on getting this worked out, but it's complicated because of politics. Isn't that always the case with the West?!
