I am probably living in an on-line #OpenScience bubble: I can't really relate my open science on-line and day-to-day experiences. It feels that there are a lot of individuals that promote and practice it, but that the 'system' and institutions often change at a glacial speed (and of course they do).
Do other have these feeling too?
