@marind clarifying picture, thank you. Anyway, I wouldn't associate a green color to the NC clause.
This other picture is more simple (it's a traffic light!) and uses the green color on the free licenses.

@marind L'article n'explique pas pourquoi BY et non BY-SA, alors qu'on peut considérer BY-SA plus ouverte que BY (car elle interdit le partage sous une licence moins ouverte, elle pérennise l'ouverture).
