Something I've never been able to find out via search engine. I get that computer randomness is not true randomness. So when you shuffle songs on your device, the songs aren't played at random.
But: what I want to know is why is the shuffle mode on a media player so poor at creating randomness? Why do they tend to play some songs more frequently that others?
Please answer as if you are replying to a simpleton who knows nothing.
