I've been doing some trainings to help out my team understand better, so I've created this LAB in -NG using CSR1000V and caused all sort of issues.

The idea is to have 3 team members working to fix every problem I caused, but I'm looking to "gamify" this a bit, any suggestions?

I love , so when I have to look for a hostname, open a monitoring tool that takes about 15min (just to open) and confirm the hostname is there and the device is being monitored, it's a new opportunity to put my skills to the test!
The tool has no real automation, but I can get the output of a generic search in a CSV via e-mail... humm.
to the rescue 🙂
I set a flow to upload the CSV file attached to the mail to a shared folder and, with a XLOOKUP in and some data importing, all done without touching anything else!
It's not that fancy but it works 😉

Great morning start 😔
Up since 3 AM because the little one (2yo) though it was play time.
Left the car for a paint job and had to walk back home for 40min and now I'm late for work.

Definitely the hardest job is to be a parent!

I hate doing repetitive tasks, so I decided to automate part of my tasks.
Between using , , and also Microsoft , I usually get the jobe done.
Here are some of my latest projects:
OrIt - simple script to put an "or" between strings. Very useful for searches in ticketing tools
Clipboard cleaner - use this to get devices IP by copying specific text from specific xymon monitoring tool
Accedian toolset - a simple package to access Accedian devices remotely using

These are just a few, I'll post more as I remember them 😅
