@mur2501 Better wear a helmet when you go outside 👷
@mur2501 But also I'm a bit jealous about having fresh coconuts falling from "the sky". Are they edible?😋
@remaster
Ofcourse they are fresh coconuts they could be eaten and the their water could be drank. But most of them end up on my neighbours roof which is not reachable so they go waste. Others are collected by the neighbours I think. The 5 trees produce around 150-180 coconuts at a time.
@remaster
Coconut trees are known as the 'tree of life' as each and every part of the tree can be used in multiple ways from making boats and ropes to making food and drinks. The coconut fruit weighs around 1.5 Kg normally when ripe and has a very thick and hard outer covering, inside it is the white flesh of coconut which is eaten raw or used to make many different dishes here, also there around 1 litre of coconut milk or water in a coconut fruit which is very good and energetic to drink.
@mur2501 Cool! A very versatile plant! Learn something new every day, this was my lesson today. 🤓
