What's the response of the drivers of your country/region to sirens of ambulance/firefighters/police ?? 
In India no one much cares about giving way. The roads here are chaotic and lawless while the mentality of the drivers is selfish.
@mur2501 in Kerala I see people giving way, at least in my place. The worst I have seen is in Bangalore. The idea is to get ahead of the ambulance. Had literally gotten down to get people to move just so that an ambulance could pass.
