The boot is easy to see: Football is very popular in Italya, and there is a ball juste in front of the foot. Italy as a famous industry (at least in Europe) for boots too. ^^

China is like a Chicken (according to Chineses), Italy is like boot. France describe itself has "The hexagon" (good mathematics history, and still few decades ago, teaching, this is no more the case). Scandinavia is a crab arm (well, not a country). India is a cornetto (Italian ice-cream).

this would make a good psychiatric test. show the patient a map of italy and ask them what it looks like.
