@georgia No one plans for the gun, cause nobody expects a gun. When everyone has a gun, everyone will expect a gun. There is no planning necessary, the cruel will draw the gun first and will shoot first. It's not a galaxy brain move. Again for some reason you are the hero with the gun, and your enemies are just fleeing in fear. And you call this an equal power.
