positive eugenics = reproduction of superiors
negative eugenics = killing of inferiors

it's the latter that is the slippery slope because as you said who determines that, whereas the former is just encouraging the people to pass on their genes

@orekix @VD15 @pernia but they're both done with the understanding that some people are more worthy than others, certain people being encouraged is not unlike certain people being discouraged. i think pro-natalism could have the same effect of counteracting the tendency of people to have kids below the the replacement ratio as their living conditions improve.
