@Jedigirl It's a lot of fun to play in Baldur's Gate I and II as well. Kind of really weak at first but becomes uber powerful at higher levels. 😀
My favourite character class in Dungeons and Dragons. #sorceress #dnd #roleplayinggames #dungeonsAndDragons #fantasy
Bloomberg has a ginormous article on computers and code for the layperson. It takes a long time to read, but it's full of different kinds of diagrams, illustrations, and even clicking things to produce different results. Highly recommended for those still in the dark about how things actually work these days:

When I see a link to substack, it's like the URL began with words like "freedom" and "truth" and ends with ".org" -- my eyes start rolling before I click the link. With a random blog you expect a baseline of kookery, but "substack" seems to signify, "I am straight-facedly cosplaying as A Serious Journalist but nobody will actually employ me as one".
@jwz Sort of like people who hang out on LinkedIn 😀
Good morning, #Mastodonians 😀
Hello everyone! I just created my profile here, so this is my first post and of course, an #introduction . I'm still trying to understand how this social media works.
Anyway, my name is Matsya and i'm an artist living in Brazil. I work mostly traditionally with watercolors and inks and what drives me most is folktales, whimsical landscapes and fantasy characters.
Let's see: I've lived in 9 US states (Mass, NY, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, California, Arizona, Vermont) and England, Belgium, France, Israel, and Japan.
I used to be a news photographer in Washington DC during the Clinton years. I've worked for Congressional Quarterly, UPI, Scripps Howard News Service.
Now I live again in Paris.
