This chart (see paper info below) shows three lines. The first one is general case rate, the second one, below it, is the case rate for schools with passive ventilation, and the third one, with the lowest case rate, is the one for schools with mechanical ventilation. Why aren't more governments demanding that schools and public buildings install mechanical ventilation?
