Dear Fellow Americans,

The constitution requires due process for anyone accused of a crime.

The new MAGA talking point, that “illegals” and “criminals” don't get due process is just wrong.

It assumes someone is guilty simply because they’ve been accused.

Due process is the thin line that separates freedom from tyranny.

And if you think, “I've got nothing to hide, so l don’t need due process either.” Then you do not understand why it was written into the constitution in the first place.
