My reusable mugs.
A corny mug my mom gave me in a care package as a college freshman that I now use for coffee and a plain mug I got as a welcome to the leadership team that I use for tea or if I want coffee from the cafe. The mom-mug is too precious now to risk smashing it while walking to the cafe.
One thing I don't get about this article is how this person is accumulating totes that they don't want or need.
I have totes; some were gifts, and some I picked up as freebies because I didn't have enough. The only ones I accumulate unwanted are the Doctors Without Borders ones that they send while requesting donations, which I use as scrap material to repair other totes.
This person must be going shopping without totes and obtaining new ones. This is a them problem.
@MCDuncanLab yeah I was a bit baffled by the stash of totes as well, although I did use to have a stash of plastic bags under the sink... However I'm fascinated by the marketing that goes around this.
