"德州要求，最高法院應該下令各州允許其立法機關任命其選舉人。

@nil 最高法院的重點向來不是事實審而是適法審, 很好奇以「平等保護條款」（Equal Protection Clause）訴求對憲法乃至於大法官們對民主的最終詮釋為何。
