A memorandum from TOROID LABS: I haven't had a lot of time to develop or use it this year, but I've been pretty pleased with my apparatus for doing improvised ambient and noise music lately. The most recent VODs at twitch.tv/labaslab show it off moderately well, and I don't always feel that way.
A long way to go, to be sure. I'm in the process of brainstorming ways to develop and share this work on platforms other than twitch. Some kind of album or recordings are already in the works, and I'm compiling my requirements for a live performance rig, as well. This may take a while to come together, but it's art for sharing.
@ninly If you can involve others with almost "bring whatever you got" status then let me know...
(or just me to start and then we start doubling people and stuff brought in)
Small audio posts can go a long way here (and avoid twitch).
I used to put small things on this server or follower-only posts for those that already join knowing so it's not federated/copied to everyone but those who ask for it / joined (yeah I thought and test a bit!)...
