I enjoy making games (on the Vic 20 right now) but I've not talked about what I use, and what I use is so awesome it needs a shout out every now and then.

I use Turbo Rascal, a Pascal-like / assembler hybrid that supports many 8-bit and 16-bit computers.

Here's a demo of how easy it is to get sprites on a Vic 20 ... and if you know anything about the #vic20 it would be that it doesn't do sprites natively. I have writen an inbuilt library called VBM to make this easy!
