@MarkusEicher create another account, on that instance, or toot directly at the person on the other instance. Also, there is cross posting, but I never looked into it. I would guess that would post to both instances. @aldr@fosstodon.org
@obi @aldr Thank you for the answer. For me creating another account on the instance I want to post to from my fosstodom account is no option. Could be any instance, depending on the content of my post. Good idea to post it as a mentioned only post if it goes to defined accounts. What I would like to be able to do is posting to an instance with my fosstodom account without posting to fosstodom local timeline at all. Not the end of the world if that is not possible. If I find out, I will post it.
